DataPRO records up to 11 axes plus the spindle at 0.25 or 0.5 s intervals, starting automatically on cycle start. It flags out-of-spec conditions in real time and allows full playback. Recorded channel sets are configured per machine.

Supports up to 6 coordinated axis and a spindle.
Monitor data points: positions, speeds, forces (kN), voltage, kilowatt, load (%), temperatures, pressures, and optionally 6 customized data fields
Up to 50 data points can be saved every half-second or quarter-second.
Automatically records data points on cycle start, or on command, and can playback saved records.
Comprehensive graphing utility that can show 4 graphs on screen at one time, and event lines display recorded values.
Retrofit

MJC migrates 840D and 840D sl machines to Siemens Sinumerik One without replacing the machine. The mechanical platform, spindle and tooling can stay in service.
